I might only use your words or we may choose a more collective effort, with different contributions from family and/or friends, interwoven in one voice.

Eulogies are priced individually according to length and number of contributors, but ~£160 (1,000 words/one) – ~£280 (1,000 words/multiple) offers a reliable introduction.
